About
Female Leadership Expert. Global Growth and Governance.
I am a finance executive and board director with over a decade of FCA-approved leadership across regulated financial services in the UK, the Bahamas, and the UAE. At present, I serve as Chief of Strategy & Operations at ST Holdings, where my focus is on governance, international strategy, and cross-border expansion across a portfolio of financial services companies.
My career has taken me through global financial markets, from establishing and restructuring regulated firms to supporting business transformations and international growth. I have developed particular strengths in strategy, structuring, problem solving, governance, and investor relations.
Alongside my work in finance, I remain committed to advancing female leadership in boardrooms and bringing that perspective to international forums. I also support the arts, believing culture and creativity add depth to leadership and to the way organisations engage with the world.
At heart, I bring together strategic vision, regulatory expertise, and relationship-building to create value for institutions, investors, and the people behind them.
